Designed to be an anthem. The vocals were crafted to be powerful and gritty, specifically chosen to punch through the mix and make a definitive statement.
My Distant Star
Written for Matt's son. A softer, more mature tone was essential for this track, bringing out the delicate paternal emotions within the lyrics.
Harvest of Tears
A deeply moving track written about the farm murders in South Africa. The performance required absolute clarity and deep emotional capacity to convey the subject authentically.
